Order information (via Stripe)
When you place an order, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We receive a summary of your order (email, items purchased, amount paid) but never see your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform: stripe.com/privacy.
Contact form
If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing lists without explicit consent.
Optional analytics and marketing
With your consent, we may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site, and advertising tools (such as Google Ads) to show relevant advertising. No analytics or marketing cookies are set without your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
